Project Description:
This activity aims to: [1] provide knowledge to TFL in carrying out assistance in the planning and construction preparation phases; and [2] increasing TFL capacity in the construction and post-construction implementation phases. Approximately 810 people were joined, divided into 3 regions and 18 classes.
The types of learning carried out include [1] exposure from resource persons; [2] learning from materials on the IBM e-learning portal, both in written and video form; [3] discussion and question and answer.
Expected output: to improve a TFLs who is skilled in the technical field, skilled in providing assistance, and has the positive character needed for a facilitator.
